HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All packages are shipped within 1-4 days of placing order (unless stated otherwise in product’s caption) & delivered with Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
Any packages lost/delayed by USPS or any other shipping provider are not our responsibility.
WHERE ARE PACKAGES SENT FROM?
All orders are hand packed from St. Louis, MO
RETURN POLICY?
Your complete satisfaction with The Bag Shoop is very important to us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of any kind.
*EMAIL MUST BE SENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE*
Store credit will be issued if your item is damaged or defective please send an email to info@thebagshoop.com with the following information:
1. Your order number in the subject line. Which is listed on your order confirmation email.
2. A photo of the product(s) that arrived damaged.
3. A brief description of the damage or condition of the merchandise.
Once received, we will send out a return email to the same email provided at checkout.
In order to receive store credit, the item must be returned. Customer must pay for shipment of returning items.
Please refrain from sending multiple emails. We will answer all emails within 24 hours.
REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only offer store credit for returned items. Only exception is if you cancel an order before it was shipped.
