Store credit will be issued if your item is damaged or defective please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
1. Your order number in the subject line. Which is listed on order confirmation email.
2. A photo of the product(s) that arrived damaged.
3. A brief description of the damage or condition of the merchandise.
Once received, we will send out a return email to the same email provided at checkout.
In order to recieve store credit, the item must be returned. Customer must pay for shipment of returning items.
Please refrain from sending multiple emails. We will answer all emails within 24 hours.
